Tulip is about 20 inches long when fully assembled, and is made with Secrist's own special baby-soft vinyl that is translucent just like a real baby's skin.

Tulip comes unpainted and unassembled. The photo shown is of a finished kit, reborned by Deborah Jobert. The basic doll kit comes with the head only, so you can choose the limbs and body slip that best suits your project.

The following upgrade options are available:

* 1/4 vinyl length arms and legs

* 3/4 vinyl length arms and legs

* standard cotton body slip with ty-wraps

* suede-like cuddly body slip with ty-wraps

Body slips, limbs and eyes are not included in the basic doll kit. You can add eyes, limbs and a cloth body slip by selecting from our order table. If you choose an eye color, the eyes will come pre-inserted so you will not need to insert them yourself.

Our Tulip doll kit usually ships within 2 to 5 business days of our receiving your order. This item can be gift wrapped.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship most orders by UPS. However, we have just added Fedex and USPS as carriers. We reserve the right to use different carriers if needed.

Most orders ship within 24 hours of when the order was received. All "in-stock" orders received Monday thru Friday, before 4:00 p.m. E.S.T. will ship the same day. In-stock orders received after 4:00 p.m. E.S.T. will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday. All orders will ship within 7 business days or the customer will be notified.

The Time In Transit Map below shows the number of business days it will take your order to get to you using UPS Standard Ground delivery.

Refusal of Delivery:
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping charges incurred by Roseann's Dolls. Once we have received the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card, for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you.

This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to have been damaged in shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided:
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to an additional $5.00 shipping charges. This is the cost we incur from UPS and Fedex when a shipping address is entered incorrectly. Orders that shipped to the incorrect address and delivery is subsequently refused are also subject to actual shipping charges.

Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges.
