Our cloth body slips do not include vinyl arms, legs or heads. Attach whatever vinyl limbs that you choose! These body slips are jointed in the shoulders and hips. Cable ties are included with each body slip as well. Many people find vinyl parts from other manufacturers and then use them on our cloth body slip because of our quality and proper body size

There are different body styles available with our doll kits and it can be easy to get confused as to how each body style is different. The pictures to the right show how the 1/4 vinyl length limbs compare to the 3/4 vinyl length limbs.

1/4 Vinyl Length Limbs

The vinyl part of the arm and leg is 1/4 of the total length of the limb.

The 1/4 vinyl length style is the cuddliest body style. Most children prefer the cuddlier 1/4 vinyl length limbs because it is more enjoyable to hold and creates a more life like feel and "flop" to the doll then the longer limbs. The 1/4 vinyl limbs are significantly more posable then the 3/4 vinyl limbs and are the preference for photographers.

3/4 Vinyl Length Limbs

The vinyl part of the arm and leg is 3/4 of the total length of the limb.

Short sleeved garments fit this body style well. The 3/4 vinyl length limbs are the preference of most doll collectors who plan only to display their dolls, not carry them around. The 3/4 vinyl length limbs are available for all 17" through 22" doll kits.
